MGMT by LP was founded by Lyndsay Marie Farias Paetty in April 2024 with the vision of managing a streamlined selection of established artists and creators at the intersection of fashion, fitness, beauty and lifestyle industries.

After growing up in Hawai'i and graduating from the University of Southern California with a BA in Psychology and as valedictorian of the department of Letters, Arts, and Sciences, Lyndsay worked as a professional dancer and model before transitioning to become a SAG franchised talent agent and agency partner specializing in dance, fitness, fashion, and performance arts in music, media and entertainment.

This venture fosters the exceptional management of seasoned actors, models, and content creators in the spirit of collaboration and promotion of mental health as cornerstone principles. Where the essence of the islands meets the pulse of the city, MGMT by LP seeks to cultivate a like-minded community of elite creatives who continue to influence and redefine new standards of inclusive beauty and art.
